This holiday season we were able to give back to eight families in need. The Denise Terwilliger and Family Fund was able to provide four Thanksgiving meals to families who have been impacted by cancer in our community.The Denise Terwilliger and Family Fund was able to provide four Thanksgiving meals to families who have been impacted by cancer in our community.
Along with these meals, the fund was also able to pack their pantries full of food. Four additional families were chosen to receive $300 in gift cards this Christmas. In the past, the Angel Wings Purchased toys for families, however, all out families this year did not have children.
Riley Terwilliger, daughter of the late Denise Terwilliger, comments saying, “we knew she [her mother] would want nothing different,” and,“to be able to bring a little bit of joy to their holiday season is very impactful and meaningful to my family.”
